Ook grijpt M. – de filosoof van de groep – zijn spreektijd aan om ons uit te leggen dat het schaatsen wat hem betreft symbool staat voor het hele leven: “Het is heel erg spannend. Maar je moet gewoon durven. En ik heb het gedurfd.” Zo iemand wil ik de hele dag wel inmoedigen om zich hier thuis te voelen. Ik keur dit nieuwe werkwoord méér dan goed.
